| Description: | Position is responsible for overall regional management of direct residential and commercial installations with a general planning horizon of 1 to 2 weeks.
Position will be home based in one of the following locations:
West Chester and/or Philadelphia, PA
Wilmington, DE
Camden, NJ
PA Counties: Chester, Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks
DE Counties: New Castle
NJ Counties: Camden, Gloucester, Burlington

| Qualifications: | � Solid understanding of ERP
� Excellent understanding of construction techniques
� Excellent understanding of relationships between contractors, subs, and owner
� Hands on understanding of solar installation or similar remodeling activities
�Basic financial understanding of business operations
Excellent ability to efficiently manage crew schedules
� Excellent ability to provide specific direction and decisions
� Capacity to track and follow through on a variety of job specific issues
� Strong communication skills to insure remote office needs met
� Ability to analyze and adjust installation approaches to improve efficiency and quality
� Communicate and require safe working practices
� 10+ years relevant experience
� Demonstrated experience managing projects in construction field
� Demonstrated experience directing crews
� Estimating construction costs on residential and small commercial
� Relationships with local subcontractors
� Ability to pull permits or manage the permitting process.
